The cost of treatment starts at £195 per session however will vary depending on;

- The type of treatment recommended
- The size of the area treated
- The condition of the existing burn(s)
- The number of treatments required

Immediately following Microneedling treatment you will see slight redness and maybe a small amount of swelling. This will normally reduce within a few hours, with only slight redness the following day. You can return to most normal activities that day however we advise;

- You do not use sunbeds or sunbathe for 5 days following the treatment
-  Do not use a sauna, steam room or undertake rigorous exercise for 48 hours post treatment

Yes. This is a really important part of the treatment, both for you and for us. This is very much an opportunity to ask us any questions and discuss any concerns, and we in turn will take time to fully explain the treatments, what they entail and if the treatments are suitable for you. You will also be advised how many treatments are recommended.

This varies from person to person as everyone’s tolerance for discomfort is different. Treatments using our plastic, non-invasive needles are very gentle and discomfort is minimal. Treatments using our metal, more invasive needles, patients often describe the discomfort level as moderate, as the needles go deeper into the skin.   

There is no pain with PlaSon treatments as it is needle free technology.

The treatment will take roughly 1 hour to complete depending on the size of the area treated. PlaSon treatments are much quicker so expect around 30 minutes including consultation

I’m afraid we are unable to offer this treatment if;

- Patients are under 18 years of age
- Patients pregnant or breast feeding
- Patients with unhealed or inflamed wounds
- Patients with a history of keloid scarring

All parts of the body, including the: face, neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back can be treated.

Visible changes to the skin develop over the course of several days and weeks. Results can continue to improve up to 6 months after a treatment as collagen production continues.

It is recommended for most patients to receive a series of 3 treatments spaced about 6-8 weeks apart.
